    4. Honesty: your team must not proceed by blacklisting or whitelisting the database
    5. Low distorsion: the database must be as exact & neutral as possible
  4. How to deal with national legal respect? We consider acceptable to:

    1. moderate results by tagging the index and let the user identify illegal or X-rated sites for example
    2. refuse to provide user ability to search specificly illegal sites & pages.
